Imported Duraflex fittings

The Viper Pro uses function-driven fittings sourced from Duraflex. These allow for the intuitive operation of the mounting system and are tough enough to withstand the vagaries of motorcycle touring.

Triple stitch on all joints for improved strength. Bar tacked at all stress points for added reinforcement. Tough, tear-resistant polyester webbing used all through. Nylon thread for all stitching as it has a higher strength to linear density ratio (Tenacity) than polyester thread.

External raincover with seam sealing for superior waterproofing. Inner waterproof liners with seam sealing for keeping your gear dry. Soft plush interior lining in gray color for better visibility of packed items.

Heavy-duty YKK™ (the world’s best!) is used across our range – pullers, sliders & tape – for extra durability and smooth operation on all zips. You can check the underside of the slider for the embossed “YKK” logo. We use genuine 3M™ Scotchlite™, a pioneer in retroreflective technology-based tapes that help improve visibility under low light conditions so that your safety is enhanced. Duraflex fittings manufactured from virgin plastics for trouble-free & long-lasting performance.

Care & Storage

Remove bags from the bike when not in use to avoid fabric fading. Wipe clean with a damp cloth using mild soap & water. Do not use fabric stain removers, bleach or harsh chemicals. For tough stains, use a soft-bristled brush with pH-neutral soap and rinse with cold water. Avoid brush use as it may cause pilling. Allow to air dry thoroughly in shade. Store away from sunlight and heat sources. Avoid dry-cleaning, machine washing, or drying as it voids warranty. Do not alter or repair the product at unauthorized centers. Store uncompressed to avoid coating damage.
